What this platform discloses

• Student ID search returns only a binary result — "Verified" if the Student ID corresponds to an officially confirmed RSU graduate, or "Record Not Found" otherwise. It never returns names, dates of birth, photographs, grades, GPA, faculty, program, admission/graduation year, or contact details.
• Certificate ID and QR verification return the institutionally approved details of a credential (title, program, award date, status) once the Registrar's Office has approved it for public display.

What requires additional authorization

Transcripts, grades, disciplinary records, and any other detailed academic information are never available through this public tool. Access requires the student's written consent and must go through the Registrar's Office.

Abuse monitoring

Every verification lookup is logged (identifier searched, timestamp, and originating IP address) to detect and prevent automated enumeration of Student or Certificate IDs. These logs are used only for security and are retained according to the Registrar's data retention schedule.
